Privacy notice
Last updated 19 October 2026.
This explains, in plain English, what happens to your information when you use this website or contact Lucy.
Who we are
LJS Health & Wellbeing is the trading name of Lucy Stamp, a sole trader, of 53 Montgomery Street, Hove BN3 5BE. Lucy looks after your information. Questions: lucy@ljshealthandwellbeing.uk.
What this website collects
Almost nothing. The availability calendar only holds Lucy’s working hours and busy times. It never holds client names, contact details, health information or payments, and there is no form on this site.
Like any website, the hosting service (Cloudflare) sees technical details such as your IP address and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure.
When you contact Lucy
If you email Lucy or message her on WhatsApp, she receives your name, contact details and whatever you write. She uses them only to answer you and arrange your appointment. Email and WhatsApp are run by their own providers, who have their own privacy policies.
If you have treatment, Lucy may ask about your health so she can treat you safely. She will explain this at the time, and keeps any notes private.
How long Lucy keeps things
Enquiries are kept only while they are useful. Treatment notes are kept for as long as Lucy’s insurer and professional body require, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask Lucy what she holds about you, ask her to correct it or delete it, or object to how it is used. Just email her and she will reply within a month. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
